Voyager Care was built on a simple belief: support should feel real.

We’re a small, neurodiverse-owned disability support provider based in the Perth metro area, created by people with lived experience who understand what it means to want support that’s personal, inclusive, andgenuinely caring — designed around real people and real needs.

Because we’re atight-knit team, we don’t get lost in layers of management. We take the time totruly get to know you —your goals and your strengths. With us, you’re never just a participant number. You’re part of the Voyager Care family, and your journey helps shape everything we do.

Group programs are at the core of Voyager Care, withLife Skills, Cooking, Social Gaming, andDungeons & Dragons creating spaces for connection and growth. Alongside this, we provide high-qualityone-on-one supports, including daily living and community participation.

Our groups are safe, welcoming spaces where people can build independence, confidence, andconnection. One day might be learning how to cook a shared meal, another could be budgeting skills, gaming together, or simply learning how to navigate everyday life with more confidence. However it looks, our groups are designed to be inclusive, empowering,andgenuinely fun.

Our programs are led by passionate support workers — including our founder and director, Tamzin (also a qualified chef) — who care deeply about creating environments where people feel comfortable, supported, andcelebrated for who they are.

INTRODUCING OUR NEW 18+ SOCIAL GROUP!!!

Whether you’re looking to meet new people, build confidence, or simply enjoy a fun Friday night out, our new 18+ Social Group offers a welcoming and supportive way to experience Perth’s dining, entertainment, events, and nightlife. Participants help shape each evening, with activities based on their interests, choices, and support needs.

From dinner outings, bowling, cinemas, and local events to other age-appropriate venues, every experience provides opportunities to develop friendships and practise communication, budgeting, decision-making, and community-access skills in real-world settings.

Sessions are facilitated by experienced support workers in a comfortable small-group environment, helping every participant feel included, respected, and supported while enjoying greater choice, connection, and independence.
